The Idea
Most meals are anonymous. You sit down, a plate arrives, and the distance between the field and the fork is invisible.
Field to Fork Dinners close that distance. We bring together a curated group of local farms and craft producers — the people who actually grew the vegetables, raised the animals, pressed the cider, and aged the cheese — and seat them alongside you for the evening.
The restaurant builds a menu entirely around what these producers bring. Every course has a name and a face behind it. That's what LiveStalks was built for.

The Experience
Farms and craft producers bring their finest seasonal ingredients and meet the chef in the afternoon for a creative handoff.
The restaurant builds a menu that night around what came in. Seasonal, spontaneous, and 100% locally sourced.
Producers are introduced at each course. You know who grew your food and can ask them anything over drinks.
Connections made that night become ongoing relationships — between diners, farms, restaurants, and the community.

Fourth-generation family farm specializing in heirloom vegetables and heritage breed pork, raised on open pasture.
